Shipping Policy

All purchases are shipped from Richmond, Virginia, United States. The particular shipping time of your purchase will depend on your location. 

All orders are usually shipped out within 24 business hours; special conditions excepted, such as a holiday at our warehouse. We ship via FedEx, USPS and UPS depending on the most efficient option for your particular shipment. We always require signature as to ensure the safety of your purchases. 

Shipping within the United States is always free, no minimum purchase amount required!

Shipping cost to other countries will be calculated at check out. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all the duty and taxes related to the purchase.


Return Policy

Returns are accepted when initiated within 7 days of receipt.Items to be returned must still have the "Clementine" tags attached and in the same condition as at time of receipt. Please include in your return everything you received with the purchase, such as the item as well as all accessories (dust bag, box, etc.)

To initiate a return is easy! Simply email us with your:

 

  • order number

  • name associated with your account

  • email associated with your account

 
Once we've received your information we will send you a prepaid shipping label, which you can use to ship your return in the original packaging. 

 

 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted when initiated within 7 days of receipt.Items to be returned must still have the "Clementine" tags attached and in the same condition as at time of receipt. Please include in your return everything you received with the purchase, such as the item as well as all accessories (dust bag, box, etc.). 

You can choose to exchange for store credit--which will allow you to shop on your own; or let us now which item you'd like instead and we will process the item for you. 

If the item you are exchanging is of a higher price than the item you are exchanging for, the difference will be issued to your account in store credits. If the item you are exchange is of a lower price than the item you are exchanging for, we will simply ask you to pay the difference.
